The process
Step 1: First Contact & Immediate Validation
We listen to your story entirely at your own pace. You will be paired with a specialist worker who will validate your experience in a safe, completely judgment-free environment.
Step 2: Collaborative Safety Planning
Together, we map out your current situation. Whether you need an immediate tactical escape plan, technology device safety checks, or a secure place to stay, you remain in complete control of every decision.
Step 3: Direct Pathways to Recovery
We manage the heavy lifting for you—coordinating secure crisis accommodation, assisting with legal DVO or financial applications, and connecting you with specialized counseling.
