Centre-based support
Our Centre Based Support Team provides specialist domestic and family violence assistance in a safe and supportive environment.
We work alongside women to identify their needs, explore options and build on their strengths. Support may include:
- Safety planning regardless of relationship status
- Referrals to other services and supports
- DFV Information, education and practical assistance.
- Support to safely leave a relationship

Family support program
Our Family Support Program provides intensive, case-management support for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence, homelessness, or other complex challenges.
We can support with:
- Safety planning and domestic and family violence support
- Advocacy and referrals to specialist and community services
- Navigating the child safety system
- Practical support, including transport to appointments
- Children's needs, such as school enrolments and appointments

dvo support program
We can assist women to understand the DVO process, prepare applications and feel supported through court proceedings. Support may include:
- Information about domestic violence and the court process
- Assistance applying for or varying a DVO
- Support to add children or change conditions on an order
- Referrals for legal advice and representation
- Prepare private domestic violence order applications
- Safety planning
You do not need to leave the relationship to access support.
Women can contact our service directly, or referrals can be made by another service, family member, friend, or support person .
